EuroGrand Casino

EuroGrand Casino website has an excellent look and feel. Easy to read and navigate, which is not the case in many other websites. The letters are large, in gold and white on black background. On the right, you see an impressive graphic showing the entrance of a casino with people entering it.

On the top line you see that accepted currencies are $, € and £. Below that there are 19 national flags showing the languages in which the casino is available. However watch out! In some cases, when you click on a flag you are directed to some partner casinos. But you will find EuroGrand in the following 14 languages:  English, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Finnish, Danish, Dutch, Spanish, Russian, Swedish, Norwegian, Japanese and  Arabian. 

Below that you will find the menu bar taking you to various parts of the site, like Promotions, Cashier etc. But you will also find most of the contents displayed directly on the homepage, e.g. where you can click to play the flash no download version of the casino or where to get the 24/7 support. Then you see that the casino offers 13 jackpots and read there 'Todays Total'. Of course, the middle section of the homepage displays in large letters one of the top attractions of the casino: $/€/£ 1000 Welcome Bonus!. Just below that you are invited to Download. Then you are also invited to take a 'Grand Tour' of the casino, which is, however, not very useful. Also the preview of the games is rather disappointing. If you click  one of the game icons, you come to some larger icons with titles like: New Games, Card Games, Videoslots etc. But when you click any of them, all you get is the casino download dialog box.

Euro Grand Casino is owned and operated by Crown Solution Gaming, operates under a license granted by the government of Kahnawake. The casino software comes from Playtech. EuroGrand Casino belongs also to a group of more than a dozen casino, poker and bingo sites managed by CPays. Technical Systems Testing (TST) certifies every month the payout percentages of the individual game types, card games, poker games, slot machine games, table games, video poker games and fixed odds, and that of the overall average (all games). 

Downloading EuroGrand Casino on your desktop is a pretty simple process which does not take long. Click on the Download button below the Welcome Bonus text in the middle of the homepage. That will take you to the  'getting Started'  page  where you find descriptions of all the individual steps needed to download, install the casino on your desktop after selecting the language, choose one of the options 'Practice Mode' or 'Play Real Money'. Now you can start downloading by clicking on the 'Run' button of the popup window asking: "Do you want to run or save this file?" At the end of the download procedure, you can enter the casino by selecting the game mode 'Play for Fun' to get a feel of the casino. • 'Cashier' about deposit and withdrawal of money, registering a new credit card, transaction history, comps and 'Invite a Friend'

When you enter the casino lobby by using the 'Play for Fun' mode, you will have to enter the username and password given to you during installation. In case of the 'Real Money' mode you will be required to supply more information. After Login you will be greeted with some soft background music and a window displaying ' EuroGrand Presents $/€/£ 1,000 Welcome Bonus for New Real Money Players.' If you want to play for that bonus, you will have to press the 'Play For Real Money' button. Otherwise you just close this small window to have the lobby in full view. You will see that you have $/€/£ 2,000 in your fun money account. On the left you will see buttons for chosing games, cashier, help and options. The options window will let you choose diverse game options and audio settings. The game options will let you select

• enable fullscreen mode
• use large cards in card games
• play close-up slot machines
• fast play (without animation)
• disable warning messages
