The US Senate passed on the 29th September, 2006, a law known by its abbreviarion, UIGEA. It is the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 prohibiting US banks and credit card companies from carrying out electronic transactions to online gambling businesses. Read more..
