In order to use ClickandBuy, one must register online free. After completion of the registration process, one is provided with a ClickandBuy-Account. The type of ClickandBuy-Account one has depends on his verification status.

The account can be used for purchasing goods from any provider who is an authorized merchant of ClickandBuy. The provider will charge the ClickandBuy account of the card-holder. ClickandBuy will summarize information about the content/product purchased, the price, date and time.
