The same day the arrests of the NETeller founders were announced, ESI Entertainment Systems Inc. stated that Citadel would quit financial processing to foreign Internet gambling merchants for US consumers. The company also stated that quitting USA business would negatively affect their financila condition, as a volume of their business came from USA consumers.
